Summary
Pro-Line Contractors, INC is looking for a motivated and personable asset to join our team of fieldrepresentatives. Pro-Line Contractors is a family owned and operated business that provides homeowners with trade expertise in home remodeling and home contracting. We specialize but are not limited to, projects such as siding and roofing. As a service-oriented company, we pride ourselves in customer satisfaction through the excellence in our workmanship.
Major Duties
A Pro-Line Contractors, INC Field Representative is responsible for, yet not restricted by the following duties:
•follow office leads
•affably and precisely draft contracts/bids with homeowners
•perform site inspections
•document accurate measurements
•note and photograph site before, during, and after projects
•communicates with Lead Field Representative/ Project Manager (DAD?) to ensure accuracy, and quality of project execution
•assist Lead Field Rep/ Project Mgr. with miscellaneous duties pertaining to sales, trade, and company clerical needs
Experience/Qualifications
An ideal Pro-Line Contractors, INC Field Representative should have the following experience and skills:
•10+ years experience with home improvement, remodeling and contracting
•familiarity and experience with sales in roofing materials, siding, windows, etc.
•knowledgable and experienced with home insurance claims
•able to identify and approach potential leads/ bids for homeowners who experience in-climate damage
•is approachable, sports-minded, and organized
Working Conditions
•flexibility in schedule is required as bids are drafted at the homeowners/ customer’s convenience
•work is typically performed, yet not confined to, site and office location
•this is a position which requires moderate physical labor to inspect and diagnose contracting needs-ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs is necessary.
Compensation
Compensation is dependent and determined on experience

Position: Office Administrator/Customer Service Rep
Location: Homer Glen, IL

Summary
Looking for an Office Administrator/Customer Service Rep. for our fast paced, fun, family-owned Residential Contractor business. Primary role consists of performing a variety of tasks which include but not limited to answering the phone, setting appointments, preparing and sending estimates per sales teams’ instructions, assisting in Accounts Payable/Receivable, accurate record keeping, tracking job status’, crews labor records, invoices and job profit statements, submitting documents to obtain Contractors Licenses and Permits. Must be comfortable communicating with the sales team, contractors, customers, vendors, property managers and municipality personnel via email, phone, and in-person.
Job Candidate Qualifications
• Can-do, energetic, fun, and positive personality.
• Trainable with ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs, email, online apps.
• Proficient with office equipment: printer/scanner/fax.
• Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software tools.
• Detail oriented with the drive for accuracy and ability to prioritize the tasks at hand.
• Common sense and willingness to learn the ins and outs of all areas of the business.
• Ability to problem solve independently or ability to find the answers when needed.
• Ability to implement new systems/spreadsheets to create a more efficient environment.
• Knowledge of basic construction terms a plus, but not required.
